What is Macmillan Teacher Campus?
Macmillan South Africa strives to elevate education in South Africa to greater heights through innovation and initiative. Macmillan Teacher Campus is such an initiative, where the company’s intellectual property is repackaged as training courses that contribute to the transformation of education and training in South Africa. Macmillan Teacher Campus was officially launched on 3 May 2007.

What exactly does Macmillan Teacher Campus do?
Macmillan Teacher Campus offers a variety of courses and workshops to teachers, principals, and education department officials. These courses and workshops are aimed at providing the skills, knowledge and values of participants so that they can offer even better service to education in South Africa.

Macmillan Teacher Campus strives to offer cutting edge training to all educators in line with the National Policy Framework for Teacher Education and Development in South Africa as well as the seven Norms and Standards for Educators.

Some of the workshops are offered free of charge because Macmillan believes in giving back to education in South Africa.
